1. General Provisions

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on the winbe platform:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. winbe reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits based on individual account verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• While an investigation into suspicious transactions is ongoing.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Due to technical issues with a bank or mobile financial service provider.

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

4.2 Wagering Terms

A 20x (20 times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Please keep the following conditions in mind:

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Certain specific games may contribute at a different percentage towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• Bonus balance is not withdrawable and can only be used for gameplay.
• Each bonus is valid for a specific period; any unused bonus will be forfeited after it expires.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

winbe takes a firm stance against abuse or manipulation of the bonus system. If collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any form of fraud is detected, the relevant accounts will be terminated and the balance forfeited.

• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers through regular and active gaming activity. winbe will notify users separately regarding VIP benefit details and any changes.

6.2 Cashback Payment

Weekly cashback is paid at a set time at the end of each week. The cashback amount depends on the assigned VIP tier and that week's gaming activity. winbe reserves the right to modify the cashback policy or suspend the VIP program.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

winbe reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

7.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the winbe support team. It is recommended to withdraw any outstanding balance before closing the account, though all withdrawals will be processed subject to the existing terms.
